Ertuğrul Targal graduated from Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University Faculty of Law on a full scholarship and gained professional experience at several law offices. He founded Targal Law Office in 2022, continues his academic work and focuses particularly on human rights law.
Active in civil society organisations, Ertuğrul speaks English and French to a high standard, supported by his education and life experience abroad.
